Clicks to Carts: Predicting Online Purchases with Machine Learning

In this project, I used the Online Shoppers Purchasing Intention Dataset to analyze user behavior and predict whether visitors to an e-commerce site will complete a purchase. The business problem I’m solving is how companies can understand what truly drives customers to buy—instead of blindly spending on ads and social media campaigns without knowing which efforts actually work.

Understanding machine learning is essential here because it turns raw data into powerful insights, helping businesses target the right audiences, optimize marketing budgets, and boost conversion rates.
